2. Description and use of the Service
The Service advertises for rent a Mallorcan country house known as Sa Mata Grossa, dating from 1650, restored in the 1990s using fine materials and bringing beauty and comfort without losing the essence of the island.
Set on a plot of 40,000 m² near Búger, renting it allows guests to enjoy the house and its grounds, in surroundings that produce carob, figs, almonds and oranges.

4. Intellectual and industrial property
The content and information of the Service are the property of the Service or it holds the corresponding authorisations for their use. The modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale and any other form of commercial exploitation is prohibited.

You may contribute to the Service by sending us a message to our email address, through the contact forms available on the website, or via the instant messaging platform WhatsApp (hereinafter «Content»).

7.2. Your rights
Completing the forms is voluntary. However, if you do not fill in the required fields (marked with an asterisk) the use of some features of the site will not be possible or will be limited.

7.3.1. In emails and contact forms

We have profiles on some of the main social networks, and the Service is the data controller in relation to the data published on them.

- Customer data will be kept for the minimum necessary, and may be retained for up to 5 years under article 1964 of the Spanish Civil Code, or 6 years under article 30 of the Commercial Code.
- User data uploaded by the Service to social network pages and profiles will be kept from the moment the user gives consent until it is withdrawn.
